INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Warner Christian Academy’s 2024-2025 International Student Application is now open and ready for you to get started!  When applications are submitted, they will be reviewed in the order they are received ensuring that each application has the required supporting documentation and ready for next steps. Applications must be submitted by FRIDAY, JULY 5, 2024 to ensure your student may start on the first day of school.

How To Apply:

  1. Create an Account: To begin the online application process, please click the hyperlink “Create an Account” above.  From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.
  2.  Start Application: Click on the hyperlink “Start Application” to begin the online application.  You have the flexibility to log in and out of your account without losing your data as it will autosave.  There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.  Please be sure that all requested documents are required to be uploaded so we may fully review your child's application and complete their admissions file.
  3.  Review, Submit & Pay Application Fee: Once all required fields of the online application are complete, you must select “Review & Submit.” You will then be instructed to securely pay the $1,000 non-refundable application fee that is paid electronically at the time of submission.  Please note: Many forget the final step which is to “Review & Submit.”  You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been submitted and received by WCA.  If you do not, it is not submitted, and you have not completed all the steps.We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you any way we can. Students who qualify, will be contacted (students and/or agents) to schedule a Skype interview once we receive the online application & non-refundable application fee along with the below listed required documentation.  As soon as possible, please email copies of the below required documents to:  admissions@wcaeagles.org

      • - Copy of applicant’s passport title page
      • - Copy of original birth certificate and copy of birth certificate translated into English
      • - Affidavit of financial support and a copy of parent's proof of funds (bank statement)
      • - Copy of academic records (transcripts) for the last 3 years translated into English
      • - Teacher recommendation letter
      • - Test results from one of the following (within the past 6 months): TOEFL, TOEFL Jr., iTEP SLATE, ELTiS, or IELTS
      • - Discipline record from most recent school translated into English
      • - Any additional academic information that you feel may be helpful to WCA regarding the academic placement of your student

Those students qualified to move to the next step in the admissions process, will be contacted (student and/or agent) to schedule a Skype interview after we have received all the above listed required documentation.

Students accepted as a WCA student will receive an acceptance letter with enrollment instructions.  You will be required to complete an enrollment packet and pay a non-refundable tuition deposit of $1,500 within three business days to reserve your student's space.  At the appropriate time we will request the below required items to be emailed to secure your student's space:

      • - Completed and signed enrollment packet
      • - Health Record and Release Form
      • - Copy of official immunization record, translated into English
      • - Non-refundable $1,500 USD tuition deposit (total international student tuition is $14,000 USD)

Once the non-refundable tuition deposit and required enrollment items are received, an official I-20 will be express mailed to the accepted student's family.  You will be able to begin the process of applying for your Visa once you receive the I-20.  The balance of the tuition is due approximately 3 weeks after the I-20 is issued.

  1. Schedule Visa appointment Embassy and email Visa appointment date to admissions@wcaeagles.org
