Warner Christian Academy's Academic Achievement Center (AAC) provides academic coaching that supplements teacher-led learning interventions, helping every student reach their full academic potential. The AAC supports students through progress monitoring, goal-setting, and skill-building, utilizing a 3-tiered system tailored to different levels of academic needs.
- Tier 1 offers support aimed at minimizing learning barriers. Students receive 15-20 minute small group sessions during non-academic periods, focusing on current academic challenges. These sessions, conducted with 2–4 students, provide targeted help in a supportive environment, enhancing understanding and promoting success.
- Tier 2 provides structured, one-on-one support for students who need more help than Tier 1 offers. Sessions are held over three, six, or nine-week periods, with progress closely monitored. This individualized support is fee-based due to its personalized nature.
- Tier 3 is for students needing additional academic support beyond what WCA provides. In these cases, WCA works with parents to recommend outside resources, and families are responsible for the cost. Students can continue with Tier 2 instruction while accessing external support.
