Application & Requirements

Follow the steps below to complete the application and enrollment process for international students at WCA:

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Begin by completing the online inquiry form to express your interest.

Step 2: Provide English Proficiency Results

Submit official English proficiency assessment results for review.
Click Here

Step 3: Complete the Application & Upload Documents

Submit the online International Student Application along with the $250 non-refundable application fee.

Within the application, you will be asked to upload:

  • Copy of passport identification page
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of current visa (if applicable)
  • Official school transcripts
  • English translations of transcripts (if applicable)

Additional requirements:

  • Provide the names and email addresses of two current teachers or administrators for recommendation forms
  • Complete entrance testing:
    • Submit ISEE scores, or
    • Take the MAP Test at an approved testing location

After submitting the application, pay the $250 non-refundable fee.

Step 4: Schedule Parent & Student Interview

Once initial documents are reviewed, WCA will schedule a virtual interview with the student and parent(s) via Google Meet, Zoom, or a similar platform.

Step 5: Submit Required Health & Athletic Forms

  • Student School Entry Health Exam (completed within the last 12 months)

  • Athlete Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (EL2)

  • Review WCA Athletics Policy

  • Sign Declaration of Understanding of Athletic Participation Policies

  • Complete registration at AthleticClearance.com

Step 6: Complete Enrollment Packet

  • You will receive an official acceptance email with a link to the enrollment packet
  • Complete the online enrollment packet
  • Pay the $1,000 non-refundable annual enrollment fee

  • WCA will issue the I-20 form required for your student visa

Step 7: Submit Tuition Payment

  • A final acceptance email will be sent confirming your student’s enrollment
  • Submit the $11,800 annual tuition (non-refundable) within 5 business days
  • International payments should be made using your assigned payment method
